HPPM holds Annual Medical Check Up start from January 25th till February 25th 2022 at company area.
In this year, we also hold medical check up in the middle of pandemic by complying health protocol.
Through medical check up, we expect that associates could find out their current healthy state, so that able to detect earlier if there any illness and the best prevention way.
HPPM held 5S Committee Kick Off in January 28th 2022.
As HPPM commitment to become leading company in 5S, the committee held Kick Off for sign that the 5S control system at HPPM has been renewed both from the committee structure and the activity contain.
This brand new activity system expects thorough collaboration from all PIC from each Department to rise various strategy to grow associate awareness of how important 5S is and create a safe and comfortable workplace for everyone.
HPPM has conducted 20Ki Safety Poster Competition on February 7th 2022.
From 3 categories of ①Occupational safety, ②Traffic safety, and ③Disaster prevention, a total of 133 entries that passed the preliminary confirmation of each Department were selected by the Safety Committee and Management, and as a result, a prize was awarded for each category. Each work was a wonderful work where you can feel the feeling for safety.
The selected posters would be displayed on the information boards of each Department to raise associate safety awareness, and we would continue to improve safety quality of the entire HPPM.
HPPM Family Gathering is a company event for associate and family. HPPM would hold that event on March 13th 2022.
Since pandemic situation is remain still, this year we would hold virtually. The event aims to improve motivation and communication between associate, family and company.
To strengthen associate and family enthusiasm to participate the event, information video about Family Gathering is shown at TV canteen.
This effort expects more associates would participate so that the event purpose could be achieved.
HPPM conducted ISO 9001 and 14001 external audit on March 23rd ~ 24th 2022.
External audit aims to ensure that quality and environment management system has been effectively performed in each Department.
When something goes wrong, the Department would take immediate action to enhance the management level of HPPM.
HPPM conducted Family Gathering on March 13th 2022.
This year we took sufficient act against covid-19 and used ZOOM app to conduct a virtual event.
The event includes photo and video contests, interactive games, Doorprize, live guest star, etc. A total of 7333 people, including employees and their families have participated and enjoyed to deepen the sense of unity.
On April 25th ~ 26th 2022,
HPPM held the 20Ki 2nd Half Best Kaizen Competition in hybrid way (mixing online and offline). There were 20 themes that presented. It resulted, 2 themes were selected for President Director Award.
Besides, HPPM also held the 20Ki 2nd Half Best Hakken Competition on April 27th 2022. There were 20 entries, and resulted 1 theme was selected for President Director Award and 2 themes were selected for CEQ Award.
On April 24th 2022,HPPM held Booster Vaccine Program for associates.
Total of 636 associates has participated. To prevent associates from getting infected during Eid Al Fitr Holiday, we switched the vaccine implementation into before the holiday.
Many associate participated in this vaccine program, since there was a change in the Domestic Travel Policy from Government.
HPPM conducts Safety Patrol activities. On May 10th 2022, Safety Patrol was conducted and participated by the President Director and Safety Committee member. This patrol is conducted regularly to raise the safety awareness of associates with aim to create a workplace that could prevent accidents.
On May 19th 2022, HPPM conducted awarding ceremony of Best Kaizen and Best Hakken 20Ki 2nd Half in semi online way. 20 themes were competed at Honban Competition and evaluated by TOP Management. It results, 2 themes were selected for President Director Award. This time, small improvement with large impact selected as the winner. Beside Best Kaizen Competition, there were 20 Hakken themes from each Department. 1 theme selected for President Director Award and 2 themes selected for CEQ Award. The winner stated that next year they would discover more Hakken to create great workplace.
HPPM conducted ISO 9001 internal audit on June 21st ~ 30th 2022. Internal audit aims to ensure that quality management system has been effectively performed in each Department. When something goes wrong, the Department would take prompt action to improve the management level of HPPM.
On June 6th 2022 we held an event to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the establishment HPPM. On this day, we also held a long-term service commendation. We also conducted special activities such as producing video message that participated by all associates and writing a wish on the tree of hope. Anniversary ceremony for this year was conducted hybrid and could be watched in streaming by all associates via canteen TV. We hope this event could improve teamwork among associate and also improve pride being HPPM associate.
Last few months, covid-19 case in Indonesia has decreased. In HPPM, there is no case from March ~ June 2022. Aligned to that condition, HPPM reviewed the restriction policy to prevent covid-19 spread by normalizing several company facilities and deploy the changes by PR video at TV canteen. However, to prevent new case arise, we still educate and persuade all associate to keep complying health protocol. Hence, along July we play PR video for all associates.
HPPM conducted booster vaccination phase 3 on August 27th 2022. Total 478 associates has participated. The vaccination aimed to speed up herd immunity, especially in HPPM environment. This program expected to minimize the covid-19 spread potency way more effective, so we ask your continuous cooperation for this vaccination.
On September 12th 2022 HPPM held ceremony for achieving cumulative 5.000.000 unit MCVT production at Assembly line. The ceremony was attended by VIP guests from Honda Motor, Asian Honda, and also Government representative. This event is an expression of our gratitude and pride for achievement of our hard work in producing MCVT. We will keep striving to achieve 10.000.000 unit.
On September 28th 2022 Disaster Prevention Committee held evacuation dan fire fighting drill. The purpose of this activity is to help associates understand the rules and evacuation routes and also be cautious in case of emergencies. On that day, total of 1.795 associates participated to raise disaster prevention awareness while still complying covid-19 protocol.
